Schools are a different animal when it comes to HVAC. You're dealing with large open spaces, multiple zones, and a building full of kids and staff who need consistent comfort all day long. That's not a job for a generic setup - it takes a custom approach from the ground up.
This is what we put together for Liberty School District in Buckeye, AZ. The scope of the work involved rooftop package unit installation paired with a full custom ductwork run designed specifically for this building. We used Carrier equipment, which is commercial-grade and built to hold up under the kind of demand a school puts on a system day in and day out.
The ductwork is where a lot of installers cut corners, and that's exactly where comfort problems start. We fabricated and installed a clean, fully insulated duct run across the roofline - tight seams, solid transitions, no shortcuts. Proper ductwork isn't just about moving air. It's about making sure the air gets where it needs to go without energy loss along the way.
What you end up with is a system that's balanced, efficient, and built to keep running without constant issues. That matters a lot in a school environment where downtime isn't an option and comfort directly affects how well students and teachers can do their jobs. We take that responsibility seriously on every commercial installation we do.
Commercial HVAC work takes planning, experience, and the kind of attention to detail that shows in the finished product. Whether it's a school, an office building, or another large facility, we bring the same level of care to every installation and keep ongoing maintenance available to protect that investment long-term.
